Article 1 - Principles

These terms of use provide the legal framework for use of the Northman Style website and its services.

The website https://northmanstyle.com is a distance-selling catalogue service operated by CHIC AND SHINES (Entreprise individuelle), located at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France, email contact@northmanstyle.com, phone 0690 95 71 57.

Access to the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 - Changes and duration

These terms are entered into for an indefinite period and take effect from the start of use of the service.

The Publisher may amend the clauses at any time. The online version is the only enforceable version.

Article 3 - Access to the site

Any User with Internet access may access the site free of charge. Connection and equipment costs are not borne by the Publisher.

The site and its services may be interrupted or suspended, including for maintenance, without prior notice.

The User has access to distance sales of clothing and accessories for men and boys, as well as a member area for registered users.

Article 4 - Liability

The Publisher’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of failure, breakdown or interruption preventing access to the site.

Setting up hyperlinks to all or part of the site is strictly prohibited without the Publisher’s prior written authorisation, requested at contact@northmanstyle.com.

Such authorisation is temporary and may be withdrawn at any time.

Collected data is used to provide site services, improve them and maintain a secure environment.
